I offer prenatal classes for couples on weekends. The aim of my course is to prepare you as a couple for the birth and the time afterwards. Important to me is the idea and the picture of going as a team of two in the delivery room and going as a trio team at home. The role of the woman giving birth is the focus of my work. However, I am also there for the expactant father of how he will be able to support his partner. To become a family is a life changing experience and I am very happy to support you with my knowlegde and experiences to be able to have a great start in the new life.
Course contents including: preparation of giving birth, labour care, maternity care, breathing excersises, breastfeeding care, postnatal care.
In all of my workshop, classes and consultations there will be enough time for discussion and questions. The costs for expecting mother will be covered by the health insurance. I will liaise with the health insurance directly, therefore, this administration part will be my responsibility. If you are a private patient, I would invoice you directly with an invoice. If your partner would like to attend my classes too, he is more then welcome to do so – for a fee of 130 €.
